VIETNAMESE NOODLE SOUP (PHO)
Pho is a savory Vietnamese noodle soup consisting of broth, rice noodles called banh pho, a few herbs and meat. May be made with either beef, chicken or vegetables. All broth is either vegetable, chicken or beef and served with rice noodles, green and yellow onion, and cilantro. Each bowl of Pho is served with an accompaniment of bean sprouts, jalapenos, and Thai basil. Gluten-free with the exception of P1, P3, P4 and P8.
EGG NOODLE SOUP (MI)
This dish is made with an egg noodle that includes tumeric, giving it a yellowish color. The broth is made with chicken and pork and your choice of the accompaniments listed below. Contains gluten.
RICE DISHES (COM DIA)
A simple and straight-forward dish, com dia: steamed rice with your choice of the accompaniments listed below. Gluten free, C1 & C5 contain soy.
Bun is to Central Vietnam as Vietnamese Hu Tieu is to South Vietnam. Bun is served with your choice listed below over a plate of white rice noodle (bun) and herbs. Gluten free, all Bun dishes garnished with chopped peanuts.
BANH MI (Vietnamese Sandwich)
A split baguette filled with Vietnamese ham (or pork, egg, chicken, etc.), pate, pickled vegetables, cilantro, cucumbers and jalapeño.
